With a formidable team of retired PAF officers, civil servants, and renowned academicians at its helm, CCK is unwavering in its mission to craft vibrant leaders among the feminine class. A unique hallmark of CCK is its support for 30% of its total strength being Brilliant Orphan Cadettes from across Pakistan. Furthermore, it awards 50% Merit Scholarships to 20% of its total strength to encourage top-performing students to contribute to a grand national image.

Additionally, CCK offers a 25% discount on fees to daughters of soldiers, police personnel, teachers, and siblings, ensuring accessibility for families dedicated to national service. CCK is run by the funds generated through the monthly fee collected from the enrolled cadettes in various classes.

Financial Structure

The new Admissions are held in March each year for classes 6-9 whereas in May for class 11 through online Entry Test across Pakistan.

Induction of Candidates

CCK is affiliated with Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad academically.

BOARDING RULES & REGULATION

To maintain exemplary conduct and discipline within the college, the following hostel rules are established. All cadets are required to adhere strictly to these rules. Non-compliance or violations will result in serious consequences, which may include:

1. Wake-Up and Sleep Timings

Wake-Up Time: All cadets must wake up at Fajr.
The detailed schedule is provided in the Daily Routine.
Sleeping Time: Summer: 10:30 PM
Winter: 9:30 PM

2. Dormitory Regulations

Separate Dormitories: Senior and junior dormitories are strictly segregated. Interaction between seniors and juniors in each other’s dormitories is prohibited unless prior permission is obtained.

3. Language Usage

Only English or Urdu is permitted for communication. The use of local dialects is strictly forbidden.

4. Cleanliness and Orderliness

All cadets must maintain sanitation and cleanliness..
Beds, blankets, pillows, bed sheets, and personal belongings must be kept in proper order at all times.

5. Meal Timings

Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM
Lunch: 1:40 PM – 2:10 PM
Dinner: 7:30 PM – 8:00 PM

6. General Hostel Conduct

Doors must remain wide open at all times.
Carrying items such as utensils, tools, matchboxes, inflammables, drinks, food items, mobile phones, laptops, MP3 players, or any electronic media is strictly prohibited.
Any disturbances, such as quarrels, fights, or use of abusive language, must be reported immediately to the Drill Staff or Duty Officer.

7. Respect and Communication

Cadets must address each other respectfully. The use of nicknames, derogatory terms, or any form of ridicule is strictly forbidden.
Any incident of misconduct or disturbance must be reported to the House Captain, Deputy House Captain, or Appointment Holders.

8. Discipline in the Hostel

Prefects are not authorized to impose or propose punishments.
Damaging school property is prohibited.
Any incident must be reported immediately to the Prefects or Appointment Holders.

9. Celebrations and Gatherings

Parties, celebrations, music, singing, dancing, or any form of festivities are prohibited without prior approval.

10. Noise Control

The hostel must remain a quiet zone. Walking noisily, running, or breaking marching discipline is not allowed.

11. Hostel Area Restrictions

During school hours, entering the hostel area is strictly prohibited and will result in penalties.

12. Attendance and Maintenance

Evening attendance is mandatory and must be recorded by the prefects. The register will be checked by the Drill Staff.
Clothes, uniforms, and personal items must be maintained and sent for laundry weekly.

13. Reporting Utility Issues

Any water or power issues must be reported promptly to the Boarding Master.

14. Discipline for Absences

Escaping or bunking school even once will result in immediate expulsion.

15. Communication Restrictions

Communication with family, friends, or relatives is allowed only on Sundays.
Cadets are not permitted to contact parents during the initial two weeks of restriction after arrival.

By adhering to these rules, cadets contribute to maintaining a disciplined, respectful, and harmonious hostel environment. Breaches of these rules will be met with strict action.
